Payments:

I accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.  Personal checks and money orders are also accepted.  Purchases will not be mailed until the check has cleared the bank.

A 7.75% Sales Tax is applied to orders shipped to California.

Shipping:

Packages are shipping via First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail with free delivery confirmation.  International orders are shipped via Air Parcel Post or Global Priority. Items are mailed within 3 business days except for custom orders. 

All items are shipped gift wrapped for free.

Jewelry Care:

It is best to keep items in an air tight bag, like the one that will be sent with your jewelry.  This will keep the jewelry from tarnishing.  Keep gemstones out of direct sunlight.  Sunlight may fade the color of the gemstones.

Returns:

I guarantee all of my jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss the return. A full refund less shipping and handling will be returned upon arrival of the returned item(s). Please return the item(s) in the original condition with your original receipt. Please purchase delivery confirmation on the returned package. If unfortunately there the item is damaged due to the manufacturing process the shipping and handling fee will be returned. Custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the item is damaged in shipping or damaged from normal wear within 60 days please email me. I will repair the item free of charge. After 60 days there will be a small materials fee for repairs.
